OFFICIAL HOMEPAGE

flowermouth is a dutch eclectic electronic melancholic project.

flowermouth includes dennis ramler with special guests (other musicians, soundartists and poets.)

flowermouth tried to play the drums at the music-therapy class he joined at work halfway the 90's. After a while he got more interested in the bassguitar, but as a lefty it was rather strange to play upside-down so he decided to buy his first secondhand bass and amplifier after a strange encounter with a blind man. flowermouth started to take lessons from Jurgen Fleskens who played at North Sea Jazz. flowermouth first started to bring his music to the outside world in 2010. At that point he played bass for a long time already and struggled to learn to play the keys. After several collaborations he finished his debut album 'Drift' in july 2012.

In 2016 he released his second album -grey façades- wich includes 'spoken word poetry' on every single track. Several tracks were broadcasted by BBC-6 Radio ('Seven Seals' with voiceartist Xe Sands made it into the "best of BBC-6 introducing" in 2014)  and B-FM Radio. Moon's ending (demo) flowermouth's magical collaboration with US Poet Wes Parham was also on BBC-6 Tom Robinson show and BBC-6 Jericho Keys show. Moonchild Magazine an Art-Magazine in the US, where Art-collaborations are promoted,  published three flowermouth tracks. Other forthcomming albumtracks were published by Art- and Poetry magazines like Theta Wave and Honey and Lime. In februari '21 he released his third album, collaborating once more with six different poets: -In a breath's length-. The album had a good review in ProgrockMagazine IO-Pages (170) in the Netherlands.
